Arbitration

Arbitration is a process in which a neutral 3rd party, jointly selected,
receives evidence and arguments of the parties in conflict.
With this information, the Arbitrator analyzes the evidence, makes finding of facts
and then applies these findings to relevant contracts and legislation to make
a final and legally-binding decision.  Like a private judge of sorts.
